Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Royal B&B, we strive to provide a comfortable and hassle-free stay experience for our guests. This policy explains the terms related to booking cancellations, refunds, and modifications.
Booking Confirmation
All bookings at Royal B&B are confirmed only after the successful receipt of payment or advance payment. Guests will receive a booking confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or SMS once the reservation is secured.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking free of charge if the cancellation is made more than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled check-in date.
Partial Refund (Within 3 Days): If a booking is cancelled within 3 days before the check-in date, only 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

No-Show: If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
Refund Process
If a cancellation qualifies for a refund:

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

The refund will be issued through the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay, etc.).

Any applicable payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Booking Modifications
Guests may request to modify their booking dates or room type, subject to availability. Modification requests should ideally be made at least 24 hours before check-in through a phone call, Whatsapp or email.
Exceptional Circumstances
In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or travel disruptions, Royal B&B may review cancellation requests individually and may offer rescheduling options where possible.
